Thank you for the excellent experience. The space is inviting and calm in a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the contrast experience of ice bath-sauna-ice bath and would highly recommend it. I felt invigorated for the rest of the day. I'm definitely doing this again. The whole session is at your own pace, with step-by-step guidance. Every action is explained clearly, with passion and dedication.
Great cold plunge experience. Mathieu is very clear in his explanations and attentive to ensure you feel comfortable doing it at your own pace. I definitely recommend it and will come back!
