Great experience and cosy atmosphere.
Warm welcoming before the cold plunge with cute Cosmo the dog and his owner.
I have first put my legs in the garden bath tube (15 degrees?), then back to real business inside with the 10 celsius degrees bath tube and the 3 degrees one. It was reassuring to be accompanied all way through the experience.

Great experience, highly recommended. The owner is great, takes you through the whole thing. The place is pretty new and well kept. Cosmo the dog is really cool too. Happy we went and tried it, would definitely try something like a subscription approach if it will get there.
Thank you for the excellent experience. The space is inviting and calm in a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the contrast experience of ice bath-sauna-ice bath and would highly recommend it. I felt invigorated for the rest of the day. I'm definitely doing this again. The whole session is at your own pace, with step-by-step guidance. Every action is explained clearly, with passion and dedication.
Great cold plunge experience. Mathieu is very clear in his explanations and attentive to ensure you feel comfortable doing it at your own pace. I definitely recommend it and will come back!
