Had my first ice bath and sauna experience today and it was super amazing. Everything was handled very professionally, with clear explanations that made me feel comfortable the whole time. The owner was super friendly and welcoming — and their dog was an absolute bonus. You can really tell they care about what they’re doing and about the people who come in. Highly recommend for anyone curious about trying it for the first time.

What a fantastic experience. Feeling refreshed and wonderful after doing the cold baths and the sauna. The owner is very welcoming. I do recommend it, particularly if you tend to feel tired or if you have an inflammatory condition

Amazing experience. I went for the contrast bathing, was an excellent option. I went to this place as i hurt my shoulder during sports and i hoped this would help. And it did. My pain is completely gone, incredible. On top of that the owner is a great guy and his doggy Cosmo a real joy. You really need to try out this place, you will be blown away.
