It is always a lovely experience, with a friendly host, giving you your time to relax in a safe environment. Not to mention the lovely guard dog ! A unique service in Tervuren for people who want to relax, or do a lot of sports like I do, to give the body a boost of endorphines and get rid of aches and pains.

What a fantastic experience. Feeling refreshed and wonderful after doing the cold baths and the sauna. The owner is very welcoming. I do recommend it, particularly if you tend to feel tired or if you have an inflammatory condition

Great experience and cosy atmosphere. Warm welcoming before the cold plunge with cute Cosmo the dog and his owner. I have first put my legs in the garden bath tube (15 degrees?), then back to real business inside with the 10 celsius degrees bath tube and the 3 degrees one. It was reassuring to be accompanied all way through the experience. I will go back for sure! Thank you.
