At the moment I booked an appointment I noted down a comment that I would like the specialist to use hard wax, when I arrived in the beauty salon, the specialist told me that she preferred to use the liquid wax and to remove with cotton strips, which was very painful! Even she did not remove all the hair, you could see that she left spots.
