Masseuse : rien à dire, gentille, soignée, travail bien effectué avec gentillesse.
Matériel : problème de radio, musique.. mais ce n’est rien...
La chose qui m’a vraiment déplu et déçue c’est l’homme qui se trouvait à la porte. Un portier digne d’une discothèque de bas quartier qui m’a dévisagée quand je tentais de rentrer dans l’établissement. Il m’a dévisagé je l’ai regardé, il insistait du visage pour savoir ce que je voulais. Je lui ai alors dit que javais un rendez vous. Il s’est exclamé « ah un rendez vous » toujours en me barrant le passage... ensuite depuis la salle de massage, j’entendais ce même homme aboder les femmes de la galerie « madame madame 1 minutes madame.... » je trouve juste ca déplacé pour un endroit pareil. ( spa et galerie ) ... c’est un moment de détente, d’evasion ? Un portier n’a rien à faire la dans ces conditions à mon humble avis.
Toute fois, merci à la masseuse.

I have booked appointment for massage and face treatment and got the confirmation for reservation on the 28th september. On the day of the treatment, 30 September we went to Gratiae but they had no information about the booking, there was no available personnel for the treatment. So we went for nothing and that was a present for my husbands birthday. so the booking system doesnt reach the Gratiae and you should work on it. Thank you
