Accueil peu chaleureux, information erronée sur le tarif (annoncé 80€ par téléphone, facturé 160€). Masseuses agréables et professionnelles, mais impossible de profiter du spa ni même d’une douche après la séance, car tout fermait. Nous avons dû repartir couverts d’huile. Déçus par cette organisation et ce manque de considération. Je ne recommande pas et n’y retournerai pas !

the treatment by Lore was wonderful, but the access to Spa not so nice. Besides being crowded, some facilities didn't work, and it was not announced in advance; therefore you'd realize when you have already used your badge. It might not be si important as a hotel guest, but it is if you are not staying at the hotel.
If I had known, I would have kept my access for other day.
