Their online booking system is an absolute joke. Today, again, I had a booking (with confirmation) but it does not appear in their systems. Last time for me for sure.

NEVER get a haircut from: Krystyna Pilawska She is the WORST. Absolutely ruins your haircut despite many clear instructions and pictures. Then gaslights you into believing that’s what you asked for. One of the worst haircuts I received in 20 years.

Very good experience, always a pleasure to visit and get a haircut. The staff is friendly and happy to discuss your choices. Easy to book an appointment, not too easy (sometimes) to find an open slot but generally you can find one.

Mathias had unfortunately absolutely no idea how to cut my hair… I went to another barber today and she was astonished how badly my hair was cut. Not recommended.
