Après avoir attendu 30min, j’interroge un coiffeur sur le délai d’attente. Celui ci vérifie mon nom sur l’agenda informatique et me répond que ma réservation via Treatwell n’a pas été encodée car leur partenariat est arrêté et qu’ils n’ont plus de place pour une coupe et brushing aujourd’hui. Super service client. Merci à ce salon et à Treatwell de m’avoir fait perdre mon temps.
