My treatment hurt my feet and left one nail to bleed. The nailpolish was not well put so after having finished, she started over again - taking off the nail polish and then putting it back again. Its been four days and the gel of one nail has already totally fallen off. I will not come back

The service went perfectly - both my nails and eyebrows looked great afterward. I'd definitely come back!
I unexpectedly ended up paying more than expected as some services were added on the spot without prior communications on how much more it would be. These things can happen but it would definitely help to have more detailed descriptions of the services and related prices on the app.
I don't mind paying more for a nicer service but 'd rather do it right away then have a surprise extra cost
