I have always liked Irina and her treatments. Unfortunately, this time the environment was unpleasant and the person doing my lashes had no idea what she was doing. En plus, she was very impolite, she did not tell me the treatment has finished, did not remove the hair covering. Just gave me a mirror and left the room. She calculated my bill 100 euros to her advantage and when I draw her atttention to the fact she did not apologise but gave me an arrogant look. Irina solved the problem, though.
