My apointment was postponed on the same day while I was in my car going to the RDV; during the session, I was hurt and cut because Patricia was in a hurry, resulting in a deep cut on my thum; I wanted to check-out colors and I was told she did not have time to search for the color I wanted and ended up getting a color I was not looking for. She was so in a rush that she didnt even finish, I left with my semipermanent on my nails still attached to the skin. Worse manicure and pedicure of my life!
