I was there 5mins before the time and I had to wait outside as the person was late. Usually if you have an appointment you should be there at least half an hour before to open and welcome the clients. And seemed that no one knew I had an appointment so not well organised and the fi al result of the haircut not super happy, the frange results cut not perfectly in line and for the price I paid I would have expected a way more professional result and treatment. Definitely I won’t come back
