Throughout the process, esthetician was extremely professional and kind. She applied a special solution to calm my skin before the waxing and explained each step as they went. During the waxing, I felt no pain, just a mild warmth and tingling sensation.
If you're considering back waxing, I highly recommend L'Institut KOSY.
