I booked a haircut and when they were washing my hair, they offered me a “soin” without saying the price. When paying, they asked for 110 euros, 55 haircut + 65 soin. What surprises me is that for a 55 euros service you think I will be interested in such an expensive product and you dont tell me in advance, just while washing my hair. I’d been there several times before and never had any issue, very disappointing and never going back, avoid at all cost.
