I often have Hydrafacials but this was my first time at Nefaline. The salon was clean the treatment was disappointing. The extractions were very painful - my face hurt for the rest of the day. Then the Hydrafacial machine was swiped on my face around 5 times (for about 10 seconds in total). When I asked if that was all, and what about the rest of my face, the esthetician replied "you don't need it". There was also no LED therapy at the end. Selling this as a Hydrafacial is false advertising.

Nice and cosy salon, friendly employees and the massage was one of the best I ever had! she really knew how to ease my tense shoulder and I felt great afterwards!
