Too slow, the appointment website showed 50 mins whereas I stayed for 2 hours (!) for just simple manicure and pedicure. The stuff is kind but they always talk on the phone loudly and there is always some guys walking around and carrying big packages of food inside. Felt like a warehouse, not a calming nail care experience.
They asked ME to put a mini dryer to dry my nails, this is not my responsibility as a costumer. They gave me a male’s slippers to wait for my nails to dry, not clean…
