Waited 30 minutes for the hairdresser, then had an uncomfortable experience when I asked to speak English, I was made to feel bad about it. I showed reference pictures and translated into French, but despite being told my request was understood, the result was nothing like I asked. I wanted a fringe, trim, and layers… the fringe is awful. My hair was also pulled very harshly, and the behavior felt unprofessional. Very disappointing, especially since my first visit was good. Would not recommend.

The professional was friendly but the semipermanent manicure was of very poor quality. The Polish on half of the nails is falling apart after one week, while it is supposed to last 3 weeks. There was very little choice of nail polish colours

J’étais venue la première fois pour une coupe, et je suis revenue pour un balayage. Les prix sont plus que corrects, les personnes hypers sympas, de bons conseils. Et je suis repartie super contente les deux fois !
