Dita est adorable, elle a compris directement ce que je voulais et elle m’a beaucoup touché !
Cependant, je lui avais demandé le temps que ça prendrait pour un balayage + coulage + coupe : environs 2h.
Après 3h40 j’étais toujours là et elle m’a indiqué qu’elle n'aurait pas le temps de me couper les cheveux.
En effet, Dita est seule pour s'occuper de 3 personnes mais malheureusement, l'organisation n’est pas du tout ok. Il aurait fallut qu’elle gère mieux ses clientes ..

Every appointment is a great experience! She's professional, friendly, and always takes the time to understand exactly what I want.
