I am not sure I got 180 euros worth of a facial/massage. The hydra facial machine was barely used and I had ten mins of extractions. I’m really a bit confused. I feel as though I have been bamboozled. Vanessa was kind and the massage portion was ok but I did not recieve a hydrafacial. This was a premium price for a sub par facial that used the steam for over 20 mins, barely used the hydrafacial machine and then 20 min massage and a 10 min mask. I’m actually quite shocked. really shameful.
