I usually do not write opinions but I found necessary. The lady definitely was friendly and kind; place was clean; however waxing was not performed professionally. It seems to me that the lady did not know how to apply wax and that hairs grown under different angles; you do not apply wax on the half bikini and remove at once; it is very sensitive area so you remove very small patches; moreover hairs grow under differently so you apply at different angles; so overall, I did not felt comfortable during waxing bikini and later noticed a lot of hairs that stayed. Of course some stays, it is never perfect, but one that stayed were those to be removed. Legs and underarm were ok; Afterwards the lady asked me to check if I have still hair so she can remove - I have seen still some but said it was fine, after bikini waxing I just wanted to leave. The wax stayed on my bikini and legs (comparing to my previous experience that was just too much). Overall, I did not pay a lot, but I do not recommend waxing in this place, especially not bikini. For me it was very amateur execution comparing to other places that I have been so far. But I believe that other treatments are good in this place. The lady was very friendly and she tried the best, but I doubt she finished some professional waxing training.

Sugaring was not with sugarwax. Armpits now have bruises!!! She didn’t wax the backside of my legs?!
