The facial was very good and Cathy was lovely. Unfortunately the removal of gel and the manicure/nailpolish was not that excellent. It is way more expensive than at other places and therefore it should be on top. However thank you for the treatment!

Je suis venue ici pendant des années. Julie était toujours en retard, mais comme elle faisait du bon travail et était gentille, je tolérais. La semaine dernière, j'en ai eu marre. Encore du retard alors que je planifie ces rdv en évitant les heures de travail. "Cathy est toute seule". Et alors ? N'acceptez pas ce que vous ne pouvez pas gérer. Cet institut est bien si vous avez beaucoup de flexibilité et de temps à perdre, sinon allez ailleurs. Après, Julie a refusé de rembourser mon abonnement.
