Very disappointing experience. My booking was changed the same day due to a scheduling error, as the salon accepts bookings until 19:45 on Thursdays despite closing around 18:30. The manicure was poorly done: uneven filing and rough cuticle work, with two nails bleeding because they were cut too deeply. The semi-permanent polish was thick and uneven, and no moisturising cream was applied. The staff were friendly, but the service was not worth the price and I would not recommend it
