Its a small shop yet when I entered the salon, no one approached me or welcomed me at the entrance (where there is a small service desk). There were 3 ladies only kind of staring at me. So OK I thought I approach them, told them I made an appointment through Treatwell but I was a little early so I just wanted to nicely ask if there was a space free before. They misunderstood and kept sighing and recalling how busy they were that day. Only one Lady could speak English, which is fine,so I reiterated I had already made an appointment through this website and then she understood but said that Treat well had not called them to transmit my request/time slot. I was a bit confused because she was still kind of blaiming me I felt, and just showed NO customer friendly attitite at all in a sense like for instsnce : oh, I am really sorry you came here all the way and that your booking hasn't properly being processed.
At some point she said "you can wait and maybe we can help you" I was like well I'm not going to sit here for 30 min only to find out you cannot help me. On top of the service, I didn't like the atmosphere didn't find it particularly clean. All of that together, I decided to leave so never actually got the treatment.
