The lady managed, somehow, to do the exact opposite of what I asked. Even though it was very clear about what I wanted. I even showed a picture. I understand that some times people don't have that much experience, but then you either let the client know that, or you offer a discount, or you find a solution that doesn't involve letting the customer getting "Fiona nails" while paying full price and wasting double the time. The previous 3 experiences were good. The last one was a complete disaster!
