Booked ‘gel verwijderen’ (€50) thinking it included new gel—same price as ‘gellak’. Only found out after 1hr it didn’t. Removal was painful; I told her multiple times. Filing was rough. She refused to apply gel, did regular polish instead—took same time, but cracked the next day and chipped after two. Called to complain, was told it’s my nails’ fault. Very disappointing experience.
