When I arrived at the hair salon, I found that the appointment I had booked through Treatwell 3–4 days earlier had not been registered. I had woken up at 7 a.m. to make it to the first appointment of the day and had planned to go directly to my meeting afterward.
However, Patrick told me that if I waited for one hour, another staff member might arrive(?) and take care of me. He also claimed that I had booked the appointment through Treatwell the night before, which was not true

Je merkt aan alles dat hij zijn vak door en door kent. Hij luistert goed, geeft eerlijk advies en werkt met precisie en passie. Het resultaat is niet alleen mooi, maar ook makkelijk in model te brengen.
Na al die jaren ben ik ontzettend blij dat ik hem opnieuw heb gevonden. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een kapper met ervaring en oog voor detail!
