Not very impressed overall, which was disappointing as the reviews for the most part are excellent.
First of all, they couldn’t find my booking, despite my having used Treatwell and having all the email confirmations. Admittedly I had booked the weekend prior to the Tuesday appointment - and they are closed Mondays - however, one would think they would have an automated record when new bookings come in. Or at least check in the morning. Obviously not.
Because of the above, everything seemed a little haphazard and disorganised. No doubt because I was essentially a walk in.
No forms to fill out, no health questions etc, only if I had any ‘issues.’ (Where does one begin?)
Room unfortunately cold - again because last-minute - and towels were small and not particularly warming.
All of the above could have been mitigated had the massage been outstanding, but sadly it wasn’t. The young gentleman I had was perfectly pleasant but at times it seemed he was repeating the same four moves over and over. I have a lot of massages as have chronic back ache, but this time I sadly didn’t feel confident in the masseur.
Other things to note: no towel under feet/knees/head to best align the body whilst on the bed. Also, lotion was used instead of oil, which means it gets soaked in a lot quicker and doesn’t allow for a “smooth” massage stroke.
Compared to other places in Brussels the price is very competitive. But is worth it? No.

Excellent massage, never felt so good after a massage. Nyima is so sweet and takes really good care of her clients. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Really good massage, extremely rude behaviour of one employee. I was late for my massage appointment, apologised for that and emphasised that I understand if there is no time for full massage. The lady that welcomed me said there was no problem. She was the one giving me massage and massage was really good, I have no objections to massage itself. But immediately after the massage was over, before I even manage to reach for my clothes, rude and unpleasant younger man entered the room, trying to make me leave before I was dressed, basically yelling at me that I arrived late and he has no time and I need to leave immediately. I told him his behaviour was unacceptable but he continued making pressure to me to leave, even though I was not fully dressed. I basically left half dressed, angry and stressed after what was supposed to be time to de-stress. I go to massage in brussels pretty regularly and have never come across such a behaviour. Although the massage was good, this is experience I do not want to have again and cannot express enough how unpleasant the whole situation was.
