Nice experience overall, a bit too pricy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The products used are of great quality. Unfortunately, the team seems understaffed. The lady handling my treatment had to leave me a few times to attend to others

We booked the head spa due for my boyfriend's birthday, as we wanted to try something different than the regular massages we otherwise get. It was an educational experience as they would explain everthing to us. The massage itself was good, but not exceptional.

Très déçue. Prix exorbitant aux vues des prestations fournies. 300euros pour deux pour quelques shampoings et masques, massage kobido inexistant, soin de 45minutes et non pas d’1h30.
Professionnelles très charmantes mais manque d’expérience dans l’exécution des soins.

Je komt daar om te ontspannen maar het start eigenlijk met een aanloop naar commercieel praatje.. het scannen van je hoofdhuid waar je natuurlijk een kleine verbetering gaat zien als je verder hun producten gaat gebruiken..
voor mij was dat verspilling van de behandelingstijd..
Behandeling was goed maar ik had nog meer effectieve hoofdmassage verwacht..
1 persoon had duidelijk ook meer ervaring dan de andere..
ik had er meer van verwacht..
