Our appointment was double booked so we were asked to come back 6h later refusing to reimburse us. We had to come back even tough we had a valid reservation for 11h and the mistake was on their side. They could at least offer something extra for free. The treatment itself was very good but when you take a day off to relax and this happens it's not really nice
