Terrible experience! I showed up, no one was expecting me, although I had a reservation, I was asked why I was here for twice. The girl who was supposed to take care of me seemed very annoyed to have to work. Then told the wax machine was broken, No one cared to email or call to warn me. I had to travel for 45 minutes to get to that salon to find very unpleasant personnel and find out that I had come all that way for nothing since the wax machine was broken anyways... Horrible customer experience!

Personnel très sympathique et rapide, seul bémol, la qualité de la cire (sans les bandes serait mieux pour le maillot) autrement super, j'y retournerai.
