Extremely disappointed by this experience. I saw all the wonderful reviews and decided to try this hairdresser. The welcome was great (very polite, coffee offered etc.) don't get me wrong, but the haircut and exchange with Victor was below everything. I was explicit about what I would like and what don't like for my hair, I insisted a lot about wanting to keep my length, not have layers etc. He was very dismissive and insisting about what/how I should cut my hair. I said ok as long as I keep my length and don't change too much (I really liked my hair, just needed to freshen up). Fair to say Victor didn't listen at all to me: he cut about 10cm - 20cm in some places -, heavily layered my hair, thinning massively the lengths, and gave me a haircut I'm very unhappy with. At this stage I'm hesitating cutting it all off and going for a shoulder length "carré". The worst part is not even a haircut that is not what I expected, but having been completely dismissed and unheard, Victor literally going over my head to do what HE thought was "best" without listening to MY preferences, as his client. And I wasted 60€ on this. Will not come back.

The time for our reserved appointment was respected, we did not wait a single minute. Quick work, coffee offered, smiling receptionist. Overall, a very positive first experience.
