Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The gel lac got twice from my nails and I didn’t get any compensation. I wasn’t going to ask for another treatment or compensation but I would expect this if you want to deliver service if your product is bad. The gellac got off straight away after one day and then I got the remark it’s my nails.Never had this anywhere else that it literally got off entirely in 1 day. Had to come back twice for nothing to remove it in the end. A shame

vriendelijke engelstalige dame. ik had gekozen voor een gewone manicure. De werkinstrumenten werden niet ontsmet voor gebruik en dat zou toch wel moeten vind ik.
