I could have done a better job myself at home... I was so disappointed. Despite clearly communicating my desired outcome (volume), my hair came out completely flat and limp. I did not see the hairdresser use any of the regular techniques I know from other salons. Simple ways to handle a brush to create volume. On the front tresses, I actually had to show her what to do because she could not manage to get it in shape. I wonder if she had training at all... Friendly person though.
