My booking got postponed by 3h (which is OK) BUT when I got to the salon at the new time-slot, it was closed! I called the number on the website to find out that the lady who was supposed to open the store was running 'late'. I waited outside for 30 mins + inside for 20 more minutes after she came, for the wax to heat up. Moreover, it felt like it was her 1st time waxing someone's arms: she pulled the strip in wrong directions, leaving my arms in bruises ever and not even clearing all the hair!
