I was very happy with Hanna the first time. My haircut was perfect. I recommend her to multiple people and loved my cut. This time it was cut crooked, no layers, long in the back, and way too short in the front. I got very upset and eventually had to ask her to stop cutting to prevent it getting shorter. After seeing me visibly upset she just stayed quiet honestly and still charged me full price. It’s a shame I was very happy the first time. This time it was completely different

I brought my dad for a medical pedicure, and we are both very happy with the experience. He was treated with so much care, patience, and kindness. Everything was done professionally, and he felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the appointment. His feet feel much better now, and he was really pleased with the result. Thank you so much for the wonderful care. We will definitely be coming back!
