I had the worst experience ever and I go very often to beauty salons- stay away from this one they are thieves !!!!! I booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure and I came 4 minutes late since it was my first time and couldn’t find location straight away so this Nina said she cannot do my pedicure but refused to give me my money back for the pedicure I have NOT received she also wouldn’t give me a paper proving she didn’t do it so I couldn’t even ask treatwell for my money back!!!
