The personnel is kind, but the service is terrible. The brasilian wax was done with the roll on for legs and it was not accurate at all. I have bruises and still hair (although, as they said, I had few hair and it was "easy"). I paid for the entire legs to be waxed but I still have hair on my thighs and knees. Furthermore, I had residuals of wax all over me (including on my socks) and soon the paper on the couch had to be removed (not the best for hygiene). I wasted 60€.

1u40 voor een behandeling dat normaal 50 min duurt. Ze was aan de telefoon en deed de behandeling verder met 1 hand
