She was very friendly but the lashes fell out really quick. I’ve had my lashes done before and asked what I usually asked but when I left the salon they weren’t what I wanted and they’re falling out day by day. I’ve had them for about a week and they don’t look good anymore cause they’re almost gone.

The personnel is kind, but the service is terrible. The brasilian wax was done with the roll on for legs and it was not accurate at all. I have bruises and still hair (although, as they said, I had few hair and it was "easy"). I paid for the entire legs to be waxed but I still have hair on my thighs and knees. Furthermore, I had residuals of wax all over me (including on my socks) and soon the paper on the couch had to be removed (not the best for hygiene). I wasted 60€.
