I absolutely love how my haircut turned out—it's exactly what I wanted! However, I’m disappointed with the hair coloring. I specifically asked for a certain color, but the final result is completely different from what I expected.

The treatment was very well done. Diana was very nice. She had a delay on the appointment due to unexpected personal reasons but she offered me a complimentary treatment instead and that was very much appreciated.
