I had a balayage and wanted to keep my natural roots - I am a dark brown brunette. The first thing I asked was “NOT BLONDE” , I just wanted to lighten my hair color a tone, specially at the ends, and was okay with a bit lighter brown or chocolate-brown shade as the picture i showed them. I ended up with badly bleached hair that look completely blonde under the daylight, and even worse are not evenly made as i have very wide blonde parts at the top of my head. Disappointed.

Dankjewel om mij zo vroeg te ontvangen en onmiddellijk zo een vakwerk af te leveren. Heel veel complimenten gekregen over mijn half opgestoken haar. Tot ‘s avonds laat op de dansvloer mooi intact gebleven.
