I mentioned from the start that I hadn’t had a Brazilian wax in a long time and that my skin might be sensitive. The therapist used strip wax on the upper bikini area. When I got home, I had severe irritation and it feels like the top layer of skin was removed in some areas. The appointment started late, nobody answered the phone, and communication was difficult due to limited English. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.

Was very patient and professional. All good service, the staff was kind and by mistake charged me extra 10 euros and mentioned will be deducted in the next visit
