I usually come here and it’s alway okay. However, this time it was honestly really awful. I got a bikini wax and the wax was way too hot, I mentioned it 5 times but it kept on happening. It took way longer than usual, and I came home to little pieces of wax still stuck everywhere. I never have issues with waxing and generally have a high tolerance for pain, but this was almost insufferable and a really painful experience.
