This spa was sadly not nearly as nice as the advertising would have you believe. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes, the therapist was pleasant but didn’t explain anything, the head and neck massage was weak and not relaxing at all, some of the cloths used by the therapist smelled of mildew, and on and on. When it was over, she made a minimal attempt to dry my hair, but left it quite damp and not even vaguely styled. Certainly this was not worth 150 Euro.

L’expérience n’avait rien d’authentique sur l’aspect japonais, j’y ai vécu et n’ai senti aucun lien avec cette culture.
Le soin était simple et l’attention un peu bâclée, je n’ai pas compris pourquoi c’était cher.
L’analyse de mon cuir chevelu n’a eu aucun impact ensuite sur le soin.
J’ai été mal à l’aise et ne recommande pas cette expérience en terme de rapport qualité prix.

Far below expectations. 145€ is truly overpriced. Almost no head massage was done and the quality of the massage was very low
