I am not sure if the name of the technician that I had. My treatment was very relaxing, exactly what I was expecting. I was very happy with how she dried my hair, my curls looked healthy and defined. My dissatisfaction started when the other technician stepped in and 'corrected' her peer. She was unnecessarily rough and broke my curls, I ended leave with my hair knotted and fuzzy. Frankly I felt as though the technician that stepping in was trying to make my hair look bad.

Het wachten om de behandeling te starten was even wat minder, maar Maeva was superprofessioneel in haar behandeling en was heel erg attent, wat dit meer dan goedmaakte. Zij is een absolute aanrader!
