The "specialiste" who treated me, took off so much, that after the service, my nails literally ARE thicker than the paper. She considered that I have a real gel, whereas I had a Gellak on my nail, so she took off too much. When she put a new product, it was broken within 2 hours on some nails, and within one week, I have everything gone away. Service took 2,5 hours. It is a pity, because in the past I had couple of good services provided.But the ambience is good, but management is not friendly

Terrible experience, again, I needed to take off my semipermanent, 1 hand ok (took off with acetone), the other hand took off with machine (due lack of time) .. nails completely destroyed. Very thin, they break easily, I cannot put any polish..

Jacqueline est super sympa et super pro ; j'ai toujours super peur de l'épilation du maillot à cause de la douleur, mais l'autre fois, c'était top !!
