Dear Clients,
Please respect my time and work!
In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or a no-show without prior notice, an additional 50% will be added to the cost of your next service.
This policy is in place because a reserved appointment slot cannot usually be filled at the last minute, resulting in lost time and income, as well as the inability to accommodate another client.
Please also note that arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
In such cases, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
