The manicure was very neat, the shape of the nails was done carefully and cuticules were removed perfectly. Unfortunately, the nail polish ended up bubbling during the drying process. The nail technician didn't speak French so I was not able to communicate with her – another customer had to step in to help us understand each other. Other than that, very nice staff. I might be back!

If you’re looking for a great manicure master in Brussels, Yulia is definitely the person to go to! The manicure is very neat, cuticles removed perfectly, the shape is done adapted to the growth of your nail, you can see the professionalism immediately!

I had a foot therapy and pedicure. The pedicure was not permanent and the colour was gone from almost all the nails by the next day. I asked for a refund of the pedicure but this was not acceptable to the institute,they only offered a redo, which is not convenient for me and is also not the proper way to compensate for bad service. Also no apology for the inconvenience was offered for a bad result of a therapy of a pretty high price, which was expected to be of a high standard.
