I choose the basic "wash-cut-blowdry" as I wasn't interested in specific treatments or hair masks, but it turns out that "soin" here means even basics like a conditioner before brushing the hair, heat protectant for the blowdry, some hairspray...I was given nothing at all which seems a bit crazy to me as that actively damages the hair and I think it should be made 100% clear when booking. Otherwise, cut and blowdry were fine.

Personnel assez gentil, mais soin appliqué de manière précipitée et pas très soigneux. Il me reste des morceaux de cire à deux trois endroits du corps.
