While the staff was hospitable, they didn’t really understand my booking perhaps due to language barriers. Staff also didn’t explain anything re the machine (´just follow the instructions ´), and I just felt overall it wasn’t very clear. The machine may be great for some but I would have really benefitted from clearer instructions: I injured myself as the (automatic) setting was too intense. Be careful!
